The clamps are pre-owned in good usable condition ... but may be dull, have a small amount of rust or some other cosmetic damage.
You clamp them on to a table or something similar and then feed your braid through the gate/comb which supplies tension for your braiding.
These are very hard to come by as they are no longer being made.
They are BRAID-AID, not a knock-off brand.
